The staff offered helpful suggestions and support (i especially appreciated their restaurant recommendations). the location was great. It was easy to walk to many places from the hotel. breakfast included delicious homemade options prepared by alessandro. the bed linens felt luxurious.

The room had a slightly unusual decor. It might not suit everyone's taste.

Roberta and martin were really good members of the staff. They were warm, cute, and always ready to assist. they helped book restaurants and offered great suggestions for exploring the area. their attention to detail really enhanced my visit.
